WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

If you know of any store or are interested in carrying Poketo at your store, please contact us by selecting the “Wholesale Inquiries” option in the contact form on the left. Please tell us a bit about the store when contacting us. What lines you carry, where it’s located, your resale certificate number, etc.

ORDERING INFORMATION

  • We’re here for you!
    Items will usually ship the same business day once the order is placed. When placing an order, please use the email that you frequently check so that we can contact you if there are any questions regarding your order.

    You will get the order confirmation once your order is processed along with your tracking information for U.S. and International Express Mail orders.

    Please contact us with any questions regarding your order by selecting “Customer Support” in the contact form on the left. In most cases, we answer your email right away, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. If you email us over the weekend, we will respond to you the following Monday.

  • Returns & Refunds
    We’re happy to offer a refund or an exchanges for any items that are not completely satisfactory excluding shipping costs. Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of the date of receipt. Items must be unworn, in perfect sellable condition and in their original packaging. This means wallets cannot be folded. Boxes cannot be torn open.

    Sale items or items purchased using a discount code are issued an exchange or store credit only for the sale price.

    Sorry, we don’t refund or accept returns on cameras, electronics, blind box furniture or toys.

    Please contact us by selecting “Customer Support” in the contact form, stating your order number and the nature of the problem so that we can better serve you in the future. Packages sent back without a prior email will not be accepted. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

  • Shipping within the U.S.
    We ship either by USPS or UPS depending on the location and weight of the items. We have made significant improvements on shipping to be more accurate. We ship from Los Angeles, CA, USA. You will receive tracking information when your items are being shipped for all U.S customers and International customers who choose the “Express Mail” option. Please note that the tracking number does not update immediately so, don’t be alarmed if the tracking number does not show up right away on the USPS or UPS website.

    If you’re in the Los Angeles, area, you can pick up your items at our studio in downtown LA between M-F 10-6(PST). Just be sure to email us at poketostore(at)poketo(dot)com to let us know when you’ll be picking it up and we’ll email you confirmation. We will refund your shipping cost upon pick-up.

    Please check and re-check your mailing address before placing the order. If you’re using your paypal account, make sure that the address in your paypal account is accurate and up-to-date.We will only be responsible for shipping and handling charges on items that were sent incorrectly. We are not responsible for the loss of orders due to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

  • We ship anywhere in the world!
    Simply add your items to the cart and shipping rates will be displayed. You can choose between “First Class” or “Express”. Please be aware delays in shipping and customs may occur. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for this type of delay. One thing you can do to expedite this process is to bring your US Customs number that’s provided in your Poketo confirmation email to your local post office representative. They may be able to help locate your package.

    You may be responsible for import taxes or other customs fees for your package. As each country has different customs, we cannot be responsible for the delays and fees. The best thing would be to contact the customs directly. We have no way to contact the customs from here.

    We employ industry-accepted standards in protecting your personal information during its transmission on Poketo.com. We utilize SSL [Secure Socket Layer] technology to protect your sensitive information on Poketo during its transmission.

    We’ve collaborated with a wide array of clients ranging from bands such as Weezer, The Shins, Arcade Fire, to cultural organizations such as SFMOMA, Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, and, Coachella Music Festival, to brands such as Nike and Target.     ARTIST INQUIRIES

    Thank you so much for your interest in becoming a Poketo artist. Becoming a Poketo artist is on an invitation basis only. We don’t have a submission process per se but feel free to send us an email with a link to your portfolio by using our contact form. Due to the number of emails we receive everyday from artists all over the world, we’re sorry that we cannot reply to every email. But know that if we like your work, you’ll definitely hear from us!
